I have been looking through quite a few space-related websites for my astronomy class in Omaha, Nebraska and I must say yours is the best independent site I've seen so far, and easily as good as some of the "corporate" sites on the web! Your monthly images are spectacular and the videos are interesting. Altogether you have many different images that I haven't seen anywhere else... keep up the excellent work, and thank you for your effort!

This is the best astronomy site that I have come across on the web. I'm studying to be an astronomer right now, and I am trying to find out as much as I can before my really intense studies begin. I know there was more then one question asked below. Anyhow... one more thing. Why are all the planets round. Or close to it. Its like everything is circular when its really not out there. Is there an end to space. Are there places where there are no stars or planets. Just black voids. If so what use are those areas. -sigh- Looking for some theories is all.... Tired.

This website is really cool. I'm only fifteen right now, but when I get out of high school, I am going to study to be an astronomer. I want to learn as much as I can. I think that this is fascinating. I have wanted to be an astronomer since I was three. It's my dream. To me studying the pictures that we see now is like looking into the past. Time takes a while to catch up. It's interesting to think what these things are like in the real time there since the pictures that we see now are just the echo of the past. I intend to make my dream a reality.

The Acraman Crater in South Australia is the forth largest in the world and is distinguished as being the only major terrestrial impact structure with widely dipsersed coarse ejecta still preserved. Above the image of this unquie and important crater you spelt AUSTRALIA incorrectly. It insults me that you you can't be bothered to check how to spell a countries name. This type of behaviour is typical of single minded arrogant AMERIICANNS who know nothing of the real world outside their country.

Everyone starts out with 2 MB of disk space but will get more assigned on an as needed bases. Just click the link above for user homepages options. The newletters software was updated to allow letters to be addressed by your name rather than group. A user chat area was also installed to allow user to share information and ideas. Prior to posting this message, I edited the guest book entries log file to remove profanity and other smut written. Objectional comments are okay as long as you leave out the bad language. I do not have time to retype post due to bad language. Posting bad language makes this site less accesable to younger children who have filters installed on their family's machine.

I am taking a course in Planetology and designing a planet I am planning on using the info on Alpha Centauri because my planet will have binary stars. A red dwarf and a yellow dwarf.
